Guarantees
Polypropylene, subortholen and XT-Sprint shells are guaranteed against breakage for the functional life of the device. Covers, additions and posts are not guaranteed as individual body weight, morphology and activity levels will cause wear at varying rates.
Rush Orders
Three day services, accepted by pre-arrangement only. A $20.00/pair surcharge and rush shipping charges apply.
Second Pair Discounts
Second pair orders with original order or from casts in storage receive a 10% discount. If new cast work is required, no discounts apply.
Cast Storage
Plaster casts are stored for 6 months and are then discarded. Scan casts will be stored indefinitely.
Discounts
Volume discounts are offered to customers whose accounts are current and whose monthly volumes are $1000.00 or more. Discounts are calculated and settled monthly. This policy pertains to purchases or orthotics only; it does not apply to repairs, materials or orthotics that receive our second pair discount. Please call to request a detailed policy description.

All orthotics are made with intrinsic corrections, unless otherwise specified.
